There is no time limitation.

3. Restrictions

The buyer may not:

Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or gift the file

4. Third-Party Rights

Unless explicitly stated, no property release or model release is provided.

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the intended use does not infringe any third-party rights, including but not limited to architectural copyrights, design rights, property rights, or trademark rights.

5. Credit

Attribution is required where reasonably possible, particularly in public or editorial use.
